Thank you for your interesting in volunteering at Forever Cowboy’s Camp of Champions! Please read below to find descriptions and the availabilities of each job.
Forever Cowboy’s Office:
Office volunteers will perform a variety of jobs, from answering the phones, data input, filing documents, etc.
When applying for the office, please let us know what days you want to volunteer and how many hours you would like to donate.
Forever Cowboy’s Camp of Champions:
Below the various crews are listed to volunteer with the Camp of Champions:
Chute Crew: (Available Monday – Friday)
Volunteers will open shoots, feed cattle, push cattle and strip shoots.
Kitchen Crew: (Available Monday – Friday)
Volunteers will serve the camping staff in the kitchen, keep beverage cups full, serve food and help with clean-up.
Traffic Crew: (Available one-day a week)
Volunteers will direct campers as to their RV hook-ups and stalls.
Media Crew: (Available Monday – Friday)
Volunteers will take pictures, video, and run the computers.
Set-up and Tear-down Crew: (Available one-day a week)
Before and after camp, volunteers will help set-up Sunday night and Friday afternoon. Heavy lifting is involved.
Check-in Office Crew: (Available one-day a week)
Volunteers will check-in campers at the front desk and hand-out schedules.
Hospitality Crew: (Available Monday – Friday)
Volunteers will decorate the meeting room with existing decor, bring in cookies for campers as they arrive on Sunday evening and keep the meeting room clean
The following are one person jobs at the Camp of Champions:
Personal Assistant: (Available Monday – Friday)
This volunteer, referred to as the gopher, will do whatever needs to be done, sometimes very odd jobs.
Volunteer Coordinator: (Needs to be same person Sunday night through Friday)
Volunteer will be in charge of other volunteers. Must be able to communicate in a loving and clear manner
