A Look Back at 2010

Happy New Year! We hope your Christmas season was great and you’re ready for a new year of living in God’s plan.

“Maximizing the Cowboys influence to impact the world” was Allen Bach’s vision when he founded Forever Cowboy’s Ministries in 2006. After winning the World Championship in 1979, Allen realized there were more important things in life than fame and gold buckles. Since then, he has devoted himself to spreading his faith in Christ in all walks of life. Whether it’s a roping school, a rodeo or a plane, he knows people’s faith in Christ and their eternal salvation is the most important thing.

Last year a dream came true for Allen. For more than 20 years, Allen searched and prayed for a way to host ministry camps, and in 2010, God made this goal possible. Last year, Forever Cowboys hosted seven, five day camps. There were two family camps, two men over-30 camps, two young men’s camps, and an all-girl camp. The people who attended the camps made each one special and unique. Of the 348 people who attended, 38 accepted Jesus as their Lord for the first time.

It was exciting to see God change so many lives at every camp. We saw people saved, marriages restored and people were empowered to move forward in their relationship with God. Forever Cowboys would like to thank all the pastors, pro-team and volunteers that made the camps possible. We would also like to thank all those who believe enough in this ministry to give financially. We could not do this without you.
